This page sets out the conditions under which hoaxeye offers promotional codes and seasonal discounts on its subscription plans.

1. General Conditions

• Promotional codes are voluntary marketing offers and grant no entitlement to a discount outside the period stated.
• Codes are redeemable only during the Stripe checkout flow once paid checkout is live.
• Each code can be redeemed once per customer account, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Promotional codes cannot be combined with the recurring 3-month or 6-month term discounts.
• Promotional codes apply to the regular list price shown on /pricing; no reference price (UVP) or strike-through pricing is shown (§ 11 PAngV).
• hoaxeye may discontinue any promotion at any time without notice; redemptions made before the end date remain valid for the term they were applied to.

2. Currently Active Code — SPRING

• Code: SPRING
• Discount: −5% on every self-service plan (Hobby, Server, Advanced, Pro, Max).
• Valid through: June 20, 2026 (inclusive — the last day of spring).
• Redemption: available once Stripe checkout goes live (planned for early June 2026, after the operator's business registration). Until then, the code can be saved as a reminder; no automatic discount is applied to mailto-based orders during the beta phase.
• Combinability: not combinable with the 3-month (−5% per month) or 6-month (−10% per month) term discounts. Customers choose either the term discount or the promotional code, whichever is more favourable.

3. Beta Phase Note

During the beta phase preceding the regular sales launch in early June 2026, orders are placed via email (mailto) rather than through automated checkout. No promotional code is automatically deducted in this flow. The Stripe coupon for SPRING will be activated together with the regular sales launch; customers who have signed up via email beforehand may reference the code at that point.

4. Seasonal Rotation

hoaxeye operates a seasonal theme across its landing page (Spring / Summer / Autumn / Winter). Promotional codes do not run every season — they are limited to no more than two campaigns per year (currently planned: Spring and Black Friday/Winter). Summer and autumn are deliberately code-free to avoid creating a permanent discount anchor.

5. PAngV Compliance

hoaxeye does not display strike-through prices, fictitious reference prices, or implied prior prices in connection with promotional codes. Discounts are communicated as plain percentage reductions on the published list price, in line with § 11 of the German Price Indication Regulation (Preisangabenverordnung).

6. Changes to This Page

We may update this page when promotional codes start, expire, or are replaced. The version effective at the time of redemption applies.
