What you should know.
Why an activation fee?
The €99 cover onboarding and setting up your account, and they are charged exactly once — no matter how many servers you add later. That is what keeps the running price low. Pay a year upfront and the activation is waived entirely.
How is slot count measured?
We use your configured `sv_maxclients` value. If you exceed your plan's limit, a 7-day grace period starts automatically — during that time you can upgrade your plan or reduce your slot count.
How does the yearly plan work?
Twelve monthly prices paid upfront, no activation fee. After the first year the contract continues on a monthly cancellable basis — it does not auto-renew for another full year (§ 309 No. 9 BGB).
Is there a lifetime licence?
No, deliberately not. An anticheat lives on updates, and updates cost money every month. Lifetime models fund the first few months and nothing after — which is why they die. The €9.99 is your update budget.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, any time. Upgrades are prorated for the current billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
Are refunds available?
As a consumer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal — including the activation fee, which we then refund in full. You pay pro rata only for licence days already used. After that, the contract can be cancelled monthly at the end of the billing period. Details in the Right of Withdrawal.
When do I need Enterprise?
For several servers with a shared ban context, when you need an SLA, or want custom modules. Two or three servers without those needs simply run as multiple plans in the same account — no second activation.
